Refund Policy

At Pops and Josh, we want you to love your gear as much as we love a good day out on the water. If something’s not right, don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

Returns

·         You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

·         To be eligible, your gear should be unused, in the same condition you got it, and in the original packaging (yep, no “I took it fishing once” returns).

·         Some items, like gift cards or final sale products, are non-returnable; we’ll mark those clearly on the product page.

Refunds

·         Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm.

·         If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

·         Shipping costs are non-refundable (the post office doesn’t cut us deals, sadly).

Exchanges

Want to swap your gear for something else? Easy. Just reach out, and we’ll help set up an exchange so you can get exactly what you need.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order shows up damaged or not quite what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll make it right faster than a bass chasing a lure.
