Processing Times
· Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
· If you order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll start reeling it in on the next business day.
Shipping Times & Rates
· Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
· Need it quicker? We offer express options at checkout for those last-minute fishing trips.
· Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your tackle box (aka your order).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on it like you’d watch your bobber, and that’s how you’ll know when your gear is about to arrive.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! But heads up: shipping times and costs will vary by country, and customs fees or import taxes may apply. Unfortunately, those are out of our hands.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package takes longer than expected, give it a couple of extra days. Sometimes carriers take the scenic route. If it’s still MIA, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.
